Shell does not recruit into a generic graduate scheme. Instead, Shell matchs each individual to a particular role based on their skills, potential and personal preferences.

As your career with Shell progresses, you’ll have the opportunity to move sideways into different roles and business areas or upwards into positions with more responsibility. As a general guide, most of Shell’s graduates are likely to have commenced a second assignment within their first three years.
